My name is Aara Rai Gounder! I am a 7-year-old girl from Johannesburg in South Africa. I have a nut allergy that I have to manage on a daily basis.

I don’t let it slow me down! Some of favorite things are writing short stories with my mum, playing with my unicorns and baking

I wrote a book called ‘No Nuts Nani” to help other kids on their journey. Even though we have allergies, we are just like other kids!
